Short version: this is a waitlist for an unreleased game. Nothing here is a promise that the game ships, or that it ships in any particular form.
A page describing a game in development, and a form to be told when there is something to play. Insomnimania is not released. There is no release date. Everything described on the home page is a design intention and may change or be cut entirely.
By submitting the form you are asking us to email you about this game, and confirming the address is yours to give. That is the whole agreement.
To use your address only as described in the Privacy Policy, and to remove it immediately when you ask.
If the project is cancelled, we will say so to the list and delete it.
Insomnimania is a video game. It is not a medical device, a health product, a sleep aid, or a treatment for any condition, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that it improves sleep or health. If you are worried about your sleep, talk to a doctor rather than to a game.
The text, art, name, and design on this site belong to Beers Labs LLC. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking.
