Short version: we collect your email address, we use it to email you about this game, and you can delete it in one click. That is all of it.
We do not collect your name, your phone number, your date of birth, or your location. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on this site.
To send you email about Insomnimania. Nothing else. Your address is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with an advertiser.
Your address is not on the list until you click the link in the confirmation email. If you never click it, the record is deleted with the rest of the unconfirmed entries. This protects you from somebody else typing your address in by accident or on purpose.
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Using it deletes your record. We do not keep a suppression list of people who left, because keeping your address after you asked us not to is the opposite of the point.
Confirmed addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or until the game launches and the list has served its purpose. Unconfirmed addresses expire after seven days.

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, that is your GDPR right of access, rectification and erasure. If you are in California, that is your CCPA right to know and to delete, and we confirm we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
The fastest route for deletion is the unsubscribe link, which is immediate. For anything else, email hello@insomnimania.com and we will respond within 30 days.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect email addresses from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete the record.
Insomnimania is in development and is not released. This policy covers this website and the waitlist only. The game will have its own privacy policy before it ships, covering anything it collects on a device. Nothing described there applies to you today.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your address, we will email the list before it takes effect rather than quietly updating this page.
